This week I am going to sue a single word to inspire your journalling and photos

"Care"
Today I spent the day at our annual assistant SENCo conference, networking and learning, sharing and discussing all that we needed to for the children we CARE about and for. If we didn't care we wouldn't be in the job as we certainly don't get paid for what we do, or necessarily get the recognition for it either not that we look for any but you know what I mean.

yes working with children you have to care about them or you could not do it. Well done on doing the job that you do.
