"Comfort"
Well I'm sorry to say after a fairly trying afternoon with my family I'm resorting to my weekly syns that comfort me no end!!! I only have two once or twice a week but oh do I look forward to them if things are not quite as I'd love them to be. They also stop me reaching for the chocolate.
