Today I spent the day at our annual assistant SENCo conference, networking and learning, sharing and discussing all that we needed to for the children we CARE about and for. If we didn't care we wouldn't be in the job as we certainly don't get paid for what we do, or necessarily get the recognition for it either not that we look for any but you know what I mean.

Here's my LO 39 we had a lovely day on saturday meeting up at Ally Pally, so it had to be this one for me to scrap today didn't it.

What makes you strong?

I found this window of our shed covered in webs strong enough to make a lion sit up and take notice. My friends and family make me strong, they give me faith in myself and courage to do what ever I want to.
